Starting a tool dealer franchise with Cornwell Quality Tools is relatively simple. We work with you throughout the entire process to make sure everything is ready for you to hit the road running. A few of the critical steps include:

Our Franchise Manager will contact you to have a brief chat. We'll learn more about you, your goals, and where you'd like to start a route. We'll provide you with more details on what it takes to become a franchisee. You'll also receive a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document, which spells out everything you need to know about investing in a Cornwell Tools dealer franchise.


As you continue to explore, we'll introduce you to the District Sales Manager in your area. Then, the Franchise Manager or District Manager will guide you through our application process and business setup.


Cornwell Tools will provide virtual training through zoom. During this time, you will learn the inns and outs of operating your tool truck franchise


You'll work closely with your District Manager for the first two weeks to prepare and start your route. Read more about it on our Training and Support page.


You'll enjoy ongoing training and support as you build your mobile tool franchise, staying up to date on new products and key promotions that your customers need.
